I only take on work that I can complete within a few hours. Light-duty handyman, tech, consulting, coaching and more. Some jobs can take several hours. An average visit lasts 2-1/2 hours.

Terms of Service
Non-emergency. By Appointment Only.
My terms are really quite simple. To not over extend myself, I have adopted the appointment only model. All services will need to be booked online, through this website, using the Book Now buttons. I can also take appointment requests in person, by text or phone. In so doing, you are agreeing to these terms. Appointment dates and times will be first come, first served. The first available slot could be days or weeks away, depending on service demand. Appointments can be made days, weeks or months in advance.
You understand this is not an urgent need type service business. I am not an expert. If you need something done right away, you should look elsewhere. You acknowledge that because of the nature of how I work, I will usually take more time to complete a project compared to a professional doing the same work. But I will always guaranty same or better results. And, you never pay until work is completed, and you are fully satisfied.
Work completed means any task(s), hired to perform, completed on the day of appointment. You will be expected to pay that day or be invoiced to pay for that day's completed work. Any tasks remaining on your job list will need to be booked on subsequent days. These tasks can include any value added services or add-on products recommended on a prior appointment day. Of course, any task hired to perform, on the day of appointment, that is incomplete and requires another day to finish, will be invoiced on the day of completion.
Handy work done on-site will be documented, photographed and/or videoed. A summary may be provided to you after the job is completed which may include before and after pictures, or links to those pictures, and/or video clips related to the job. You should expect all in-person training sessions to be recorded when circumstances permit. Any work involving minors must have an adult guardian present.
I realize the scope of this business may prove overwhelming. I would rather provide fewer services and excellent customer service than more services and average customer service. Because of this, I may have to change or discontinue specific services without notice. If this happens, I will honor all preset appointments, including annual subscriptions, but will not accept any new appointments for discontinued services.

Rates
Most services are billed at $79 to $179 depending on complexity or, $45/hour, whichever is lower. Multiple tasks performed in one visit may be billed hourly. I bill in 15 minute increments after the first hour. Exclusive parts and materials are extra. Taxes will be charged as required. Some services are all-inclusive, which are indicated by a fixed price, are verbally communicated, or provided in an emailed estimate. Subscriptions are billed automatically and can be cancelled at any time. Empowerment is $15/hour more. This can be added to many services and hires me to teach you how to do the job while on the job. There is a $45 surcharge added to travel outside my service area.
*Some customers voluntarily pay more than they're billed, in the form of a tip. While I never ask for it, I am truly grateful when it happens. This helps me serve more people while keeping my rates low.
Payments
I accept cash, checks, credit, debit and other payment methods seen below. You can pay in person, after work completion, or in some cases, pay an invoice you receive by email or text.

I know it's cliché, but it's the only way I know to do business. You are happy with the work, or you don't pay. Simple as that. You'll get professional quality work or better and pay less than professional rates. I won't be happy unless you are.
Giving Back
Each year, my family donates to several worthwhile causes. From improving nutrition standards and awareness, to helping the less fortunate go to college or obtain urgent medical care. We also support our wounded warriors.
